A 50-year old industrial gauge manufacturer needed help to move towards a HAAS/SAAS model. The company turned to us to perform an extensive data analysis bundling more than 8,000 current catalog items into 3 different HAAS/SAAS offering. Creating a streamlined Good, Better, Best product group offering streamlined the new customer on-boarding as well as increasing existing customer satisfaction and retention. The results led to a gross margin improvement of 7% and top-line revenue growth of 12% during the first-year rollout. Customer satisfaction went up through reduced complexity in the billing and invoicing process. We also developed internal teams to establish a continual improvement program.
